The ceremony will kick off at 2pm on Saturday 6th September 2014 at the Grassmarket Community Project.

2pm: The ceremony

Our humanist ceremony will commence at 2pm in the main hall.

At 2:45 the ceremony will finish with Kirsty singing.

3pm: Champagne and canapés, wedding photos

Guests are invited into the cafe area and courtyard for canapés and champagne. The bride, groom and family head to Greyfriars Kirkyard to have photos taken.

4pm: Meet and greet

The wedding party returns to greet the guests.

4:30pm: The meal

Guests will start to take their seats at 4.30pm. All guests will have taken their seats for 5pm with the meal being served at 5.10.

7pm: Speeches

Friends and family will be encouraged to say a few words, along with the traditional speeches. The main hall will be cleared at 8pm to allow the band to set up.

9pm: Celidh

Sporrandipity will play us through to midnight. There will be two sets of 90 minutes and a break. A finger buffet will be provided for returning guests.
